Methods

The core element of my coachings are conversations in dialogue form. At the beginning, the current status is clarified using question techniques from systemic advice.

Once the current situation has been mapped, I work with a selection of the following methods to clarify your consulting concern:

The goodmind® method

systemic advice

neuro-linguistic programming

resonance method

trance work

target image programming

The goodmind® method

The goodmind® method is based on the assumption that a successful life is based on four pillars: (a) consciousness, (b) enthusiasm, (c) resources and (d) resonance.
If all areas of life are equally distributed on the four pillars, there is balance - the prerequisite to success.
The goodmind® method is an analysis model that combines both factual and technical elements, as well as psychological and socio-dynamic elements, and enables a quick recognition of imbalances compared to conventional methods.
The valuable resource of time can therefore be dedicated directly and purposefully to problem solving i.e. to the focus of the coaching process.

Consciousness

  • Which values are important to me?

  • What are my extraordinary abilities?

  • Which beliefs and automated strategies support my goals, and which are obstructive?

Nothing harms our energy balance and our health more than role-plays and living according to someone else’s values.

Enthusiasm

  • Am I doing what I do with passion and enthusiasm?

  • Would I do it if I didn't get money for it?

  • Is the enthusiasm for my goals congruent with my values?

Those who feel enthusiasm are rewarded by body and mind with the necessary stamina.

Resources

  • What inner and outer resources are available to me?

  • Where or how do I limit myself?

  • What do I waste energy for?

Analogous to a computer, our brain can only consciously absorb about 40 bits per second. At the same time, our unconscious brain absorbs 11 million bits. This makes the unconscious our biggest resource.
Those who strengthen their creativity and master the interplay between knowledge and inner wisdom, conscious decisions and unconscious processes are able to better cope with the demands of (daily) life.

Resonance

  • Do I know the feeling of being in resonance with myself ('flow')?

  • When was the last time I felt motivated and alive?

  • What would I do if everything were possible?

Being in resonance describes the state of being in harmony with oneself and one's environment, having access to all abilities and living according to one's values.

Systematic advice

We humans are always integrated into different groups (systems) at the same time: e.g. family, work colleagues and circle of friends. In each of these systems we assume certain roles in order to support the system and in the best case to develop it. At the same time we bring with us our individual character through our parental home and our personal experiences, which leads to the fact that we often act differently in the same situations - with the result of leading to misunderstandings and conflicts.

The systemic-constructivist approach considers every problem in connection with the systems in which we live and produces the following results: (a) a list of your professional and personal systems, (b) a reflection on your own imprints and systemic effects, (c) a change of perspective in which you understand the values and imprints of the people around you, (d) a clear understanding of your self-image and image of others.

NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP is a toolbox full of effective techniques based on language, to recognize and break through obstructive thought patterns. With their help, change processes can be consciously controlled and your consulting needs clarified. When used correctly, these tools bring personal responsibility and a better quality of life in the professional and private life.

NLP operates on the basic assumption that each person has all the possibilities for himself to overcome the challenges of his own life. In combination with the structure of the NLP tools, these approaches help especially in situations where there is a lack in safety and clarity.

Resonance Method

The Resonance Method according to Dr. Gundl Kutschera has the goal of exposing our very individual vibration (resonance), which was often buried in the course of growing up. This way, we can develop our full potential and live in balance between our own needs and the needs of others.

This method helps us balance some of the greatest challenges of our time, be it work and family, health and success, relationship and individuality.

With the help of the Resonance Method, ways can be found that connect seemingly irreconcilable goals and make them work, with the result that more and more meaning in life comes to the surface again and can serve as an inner signpost in a rapidly changing world.

Trance work

Trance work is an approach in which, similar to hypnosis, we switch off the mind and come into contact with our subconscious.

Through a guided meditation with trance inductions, your conscious mind is distracted and access to unconscious processes is opened.

In this state of deep relaxation, we then carry out the change work you desire. This can be the overwriting of blocking habits or obstructive belief patterns.

At the same time in this trance state new ideas and solution possibilities, which are subconsciously present, come to light, which are analyzed and integrated together after the trance.

Target image programming

The Target image programming is a method from competitive sports, which I, as a former competitive athlete, was able to use successfully in various areas in which goal achievement and success are required.

In a first step we define your goal visually and clearly. Very often it is the case that the desired goals are not "your own", but are set by the parents, society or advertising. Disappointment is therefore inevitable in the long run. With the help of methods from mental training, I help you to filter out such "external" goals and instead create target images that are really supported by your inner values.

Once your target image is clearly defined, the second step is programming, in which we mentally focus on achieving the goal - similar to an archer who concentrates fully on his goal. Despite this focus on the goal, the flexibility to respond to current needs remains. Here, too, I use mental training methods to help you transform the goal into a clear, measurable and realizable strategy.

A clear target image, coupled with a corresponding success strategy, is the "difference that makes the difference" - both in top sports and in management positions.
